Just a quick note to express my appreciation of the help Barry at the Woking service desk has given me.
I was in the position of a failed (and about to expire) MOT due to a missing petrol cap, and Renault warehouse not being able to supply one.
Barry managed to find one, and got me re-tested quickly.
He did this courteously, and speedily, keeping me well informed throughout. I was debating not coming back this year to the main dealer, because my car is now pretty old. But this experience has shown me your worth.
So thanks again.
