Thank you for your letter dated 27th September. I write to express how both Matthew and myself were totally impressed with the service that was offered by Martin last Sunday.

We had spent since last Friday looking in many garages and three of these which included Renault's Aldershot and Slough showrooms. Martin's knowledge, professionalism and the courtesy he provided to us was second to none, he is a real asset to your company.

Best sales person in the whole three days. Unfortunately I decided to go with the BMW 325SE in the end. Once again, many thanks for the time spent with us last Sunday.
