Earlier today we took delivery of our New car from Alex Hobbs.
It is very seldom in a major transaction such as buying a car that one can say one has had an entirely stress-free and pleasant experience.
I bought my first new car nearly thirty years ago and since then have bought 9 further. I can honestley say that not one of the many salesman I have met has tried as hard to make me at ease, or make me feel that I was a valued customer, as I have felt in the last transaction.
You may like to know that you are not in fact the closest Renault showroom to us. I intially went to a closer one. I was met by indifference, delays, half-truths and a blatant lack of any attempt to make me feel they want to do business with me. It was something of a longshot that made me give your company a try. My wife had all but decided to give Renault a miss altogether. I am glad we found you and glad that good service does still exist in our country.
