Here at SMC Renault we do hope that you never need the services of our Accident Management programme, but accidents do happen.

Should this happen, the first thing you should do is call our Accident Management number 0800-085 8005 and they will handle everything for you. They will take all the immediate worry away from what can be a very distressing situation.

One call and they can liaise with all parties concerned and arrange the following services for you :-

• Recovery of your vehicle from the scene of the accident

• Organise the repair at our approved Renault Accident Repair Centre using ONLY genuine Renault original parts.

• Deal with all insurance companies involved

• Pursue the at fault party for all associated costs if the accident is not your fault.

• Ensure you don't have to pay any insurance excess if the accident is not your fault.

• Provide the same service for your family free of charge even if their car is not a Renault.

• Provide a written 5 Year Guarantee Certificate.

• Provide this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
