Welcome to Aftersales at SMC Renault Group.

We cater for servicing, repair and MOT on the entire Renault Car and LCV range up to 3.5 tonnes across the Group.

I have within my team, many years' worth of experience with the Renault brand, which I hope gives you, as a customer, the confidence in our ability to service or repair your vehicle to highest standards, at an affordable price.

At SMC Renault we have not only dedicated Renault car workshops at both our Woking and Weybridge branches, but we also have a dedicated Van Service facility in Woking which offers service, repair and MOT (Class Seven) on Light Commercial Vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. We have a While-U-Wait service facility at our St Johns branch for the slightly older vehicle outside of the manufacturer's warranty period or a non-Renault vehicle for Service, Repair, Tyres, Exhaust, Air Conditoning Re-Charge and MOT, again at a very affordable price.

We have the very latest diagnostic tooling to maintain the latest Renault range at its optimum performance level, so whether it is re-coding your radio or re-charging your Air Conditioning, we have the correct tools for the job.

SMC also has a Renault bodyshop within our group, which offers courtesy cars for body repairs and is also insurance company approved. We are more than happy to undertake insurance company repair work and our body shop uses only genuine Renault parts and approved Renault paint systems, so you can be sure that your vehicle will be restored to its former glory and safe in the knowledge that only the correct repair method and parts have been used.

SMC Renault cover a large area across Surrey and we offer a free collection and delivery service within a 10 mile radius of our dealerships, with the exception of our St Johns Service Centre, which offers a while-u-wait operation.

We offer courtesy vehicles, subject to terms and conditions, at our Woking, Weybridge and Van Service Centre, together with a complimentary vehicle Wash and Wax after every service or repair.

All of our workshops are accredited with Motor Industry Code of Practice. This means that SMC Renault has signed up to 'The Motor Industry Code of Practice' for service and repair, which commits us to an open, transparent and fair method of business, aiming to maintain consistently high standards across all of our work.
